Feeling motivated to make tomorrow’s breakfast now? Or perhaps you’re just waking up late and you want to make something dank to celebrate the fact that you don’t have a hangover.
These strawberry muffins are also medicated, giving your morning snack an added boost that’s sure to brighten up your morning. The recipe is very easy to follow so don’t worry if you don’t think you’re good at cooking (I’m not and mine came out just fine!). So get your apron on and let’s make some muffins!
What You’ll Need:
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup of fresh strawberries
1/2 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup of cannabis butter
1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of sugar
1 large egg
Preheat your oven to 390 degrees F for the first step, in preparation of baking. Grab the sugar, salt, oats, flour, and baking powder and toss them all in to a large mixing bowl. Stir everything together and then set it aside. In a different bowl, mix together the egg, cannabis butter, and milk. In the bowl containing the dry ingredients, form a little bowl in the center and then pour the liquid ingredients in to the bowl. Stir it a little until everything is mixed decently but not until completely smooth.
The substance should still be a little lumpy. Take the strawberries and insert them in to the mix. You can cut the strawberries in to smaller pieces if you want as well.
Grab a muffin tin (you can use liners or not, totally up to you) and pour the mix in to the muffin spots, making sure that you leave enough room for them to rise. Bake the muffins in the preheated over for 30 minutes! Let them cool slightly before serving! Enjoy!
